I have Verizon Fios, and all of a suddenm, a white box with a gray outline came on the screen. Fixable?

Does anyone else have this? If so, let me know if it's fixable.

Try to reset your stb (set top box) by unplugging the power cord from the wall or the back of the box for 60-90 seconds.

When you re-power the stb back up you will see it turn on and off. You will also see sever codes flash, no worry. When the time shows back up on the box it is all set.

If it still doesn't work, call tech support tell them the prob, ask them to "zap" your box. It is call a hard reset.

You could also try to reset your TV.
