I would like some ideas as to what might be wrong with me before visiting a physician. My situation goes back to when I was twelve, some nine years ago. Simply put---I get hot! And when I do it just feels like a flame travels from within my spine and up my neck, causing me to sweat profusely in situations where I really shouldn't.
I once considered the possibility that it might be psychological, or that maybe I was just a very shy person, but this doesn't seem to be the case. At room temperature a random heat simply blooms in my body (around the crook of my back) and it travels upwards! It's just weird and has forced me to spend most of my outtings in very cool places.
Is it just excess energy or something? Anyone ever heard of something like that? I'm not a hyper guy or anything, but people have noted that when I'm engaged in physical activity I tend to become a very active force! It's like an adrenaline rush except much more potent. I agree with these people and I certainly have observed major increases in my energy levels throughout my youth, which is why I mention this "excess energy". Maybe just an overactive body? Embarrassment and anger---emotions that would normally cause a person to flush at room temperature---tend to trigger this excess heat also (no sudden emotional outbursts, mind you...though ppl do tend to get wary, heh).
Eh, just wondering if anyone's heard o' such a thing! Thanks for your thoughts!
