I have Yahoo! Messenger on my mobile phone, but when I try too use it, it says request not completed.?

ha. it just doesnt work. i ahve it on my phone but it always says "request not completed" when i try to sign in.

make sure you sign out of yahoo messenger on your pc completely. i close the program just to be sure. then log in on your phone. if it doesnt work, restart your phone and try again. Still not working? call customer service and tell them

call your wireless carrier and doublecheck that you have your text messaging and internet services active and not blocked by you or by the co. I used to work for a wireless co. and I got this all the time. There are other troubleshooting steps that will be performed, make sure when you call that you are not on the phone. Oh and always look at your signal power, your phone needs good signal power to perform any function. Give your carrier a call. Good Luck.

i think u would NOT be having ur GPRS activated  OR

u would be having low balancethat if u r a prepaid customer.
