I have Zurn WS1 AV LG AquaVantage toilets at work and am tired of paying our plumber $80 everytime we have to

change the batteries. I have looked everywhere for the special allen wrench that is used to open the battery compartment, but to no avail. I ordered thru airdelights.com, but it ended up being the wrong wrenches. if anyone has any suggestions, PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

how offen does it need batteries replaced? I've had to change out batteries on 1 urinal since i've been doing plumbing. toilet or urinal uses same e-flusher. Could there be a problem causing the batteries to where out long before thier time?

Go to pep boys or any other good auto suppy store and see it they have the allen set you need.

It looks like it needs a 6volt DC (4,D cells)power supply.If there is an outlet in the room then why not buy a 120 ac to 6 vdc converter and get rid of the batteries They just power the sensor from what I see.Other wise take some moulding clay and make a mold of the offending nut/s***w and take it to a hardware store  or machinest,or next time ask the plumber where he got his and what is it called..
