I have a 03 polaris sportsman 90cc atv that has been sitting for 3 years and its a 2 stroke?

The motor is fine. I draines the gas and added some fresh gas. It tries to turn over with the kick start but not very often. i know the carbs need to be cleaned, but dont know how and scared of taking apart something that i cant put back together. other than the carbs what should i do? And how do you clean the carb on a small 2 stroke.

don't be intimidated.... the carb is actually extremely simple... h**l mine is only made up of about 4-6 peices.... yes if yo udon't know what your'e doing you can re-assemble it wrong... but that's easily fixed by one of a few ways.... having the manual, a good memory and taking note of how everything went together when you took it apart, taking pictures of how it goes together as you take it apart.
