If you're trying to bring up your GPA to apply to college, resign yourself to community college for now because 1.6 to 2.0 won't make a difference - too low for a 4-year school.

If you're just trying to graduate, and you take the same number of classes this year as you did the last three years, you can have at best a (1.6*3+4.0)/4 = 2.2 GPA at the end of senior year IF you get A's in all of your classes.  Good luck.

It is possible.  It will take more effort than you have apparently been putting into your school work however.
