I desperatly need to sell my flat in Brighton it has been on the market for 5 months.Can someone help me and give me some ideas..I want to buy another property but i need to sell this one first..Please help me...

Chase up your estate agent.  I know the market is slow, but make them work for their commision.

If they don't get their act together, change to a different agent.

This is a bad time to be trying to sell property.  Couldn't you rent it for a while until the market picks up?
