I have a 1 year-old guinea pig, and he eats a lot now can anyone show me a way to make cheap guinea pig food ?

Well, how much is he eating?  If it's like half a cup of pellets a day, plus some hay and veggies, that's good.  If it's more than that he is likely overeating.  But Guinea pig food is pretty cheap.  If you don't want to pay that much for it, why did you get one?  You have a responsibility and an obligation to take care of your pet.  If you are unwilling to do so, find him another home.

You shouldn't be overfeeding him.  You have to control his diet.  A bag of pellets isn't expensive.  A one year old guinea pig should only be getting a cup of pellets a day.  You can give him an unlimited amount of timothy hay every day.  Two or three times a week you can give him fruits or veggies.  Kale is a great choice.  They love it and it is high in vitamin C.
