I have a $100.00 dollar bill that is offset print with the front on the back. how much is it worth?

It looks like the front bleed through and it is reversed. Bill is in extra fine condition.

Hmmm, maybe you need to buy one of those markers to determine if it is real.  They might have misprinted it while creating a counterfeit.

What that is called an offset printing. That type of error generally goes for about $100 over face value, assuming the offset covers the entire note. Partial offsets go for less. If you have a reputable coin dealer nearby, they can provide you with more info. It sounds like you made a nice find.
