where can i go to sell it for $$ and how much you think i could get? like 9$?

Go to your local bank and ask them if they can convert mexican pesos to american dollars. Since you're referring to a bill, it's a lot easier to convert (In Mexico you can't easily convert American coins to pesos, they will only accept paper money. I have a mug in the office that's filled with pennies I can't use).

However, don't expect to get much, 100 pesos is only worth about 9 US dollars.

Lose the term "Nuevos pesos" its as old as the hills and twice as dusty.

Try ebay, People on there will buy anything, and maybe you'll get lucky and someone will pay more then it's worth.
