I have a 110cc ATV with an alarm but no remote, does anybody know of a bypass for this Chinese ATV?

My problem is that I can't get the engine to turn over, I put a new starter, and a new battery but still no luck, I don't have a kick starter or any way of starting it. My lights don't even come on when I turn the key so that is why I think that it's the alarm. When I press the start button the solenoid clicks and the starter gets power but wont turn over. Please help me thanks.

you should have bypassed the entire bike before you bought it,they are nothing but junk
