I have a 12 in 1 multi tool wood i go to jail?

Hi I'm a teen and I cary a 12 in 1 multi tool (in my pocket) and it has a 3 inch knive (blunt) if I was caught wood I go to jail (by the way I cary it cause it has a set of pliers and its handy)

If your in the u.k a 3 inch knife blunt or not is going to get you in atleast some minor trouble since thre's that thing bout they're being no excuse to carry a knife....but you could always take the knife off and replace it with a fork for instance. I don't think you would end up in jail though but i heard about the community service thing and i don't know if that was for stabbing or carrying.

If you are caught then maybe. It depends on your defense and why you have the multi tool wood.

you would only go to jail if you used it for an illegal purpose. I.e. stabbing someone.  it is not illegal to carry knives longer than 2 1/2 inches as long as they are not fixed blades.  if you get stopped by the police for any reason, just tell the officer you have it and where it is.

Here in the US, in most states...and you carried it to school, you would be expelled or worse!  And walking around with that red Clown Nose might get you arrested, too.

if you live in the uk then they would probably give you a bit of hassle and take it off you, but i wouldn't worry as the laws on knife crime are an insult to those that have been attacked by those morons with knives.............

at the moment it seems if you carried a 10 inch flick knife and said to the rozzers its for stabbing people, you probably wouldnt go to jail..

depends on where u live but i kno that here in california ur legally able to carry up to a 6 inch blade
