I have a 16.2hh Quarter Horse i was wondering if putting jewels on his blue halter is kinda g*y or nottt??

He is triple-registered and is a APHA champion and I just got a new blue halter that really pops against his skin. I was wondering if its a little too girly to put some jewels on it.

If the halter already stands out and if the horse is a boy, i think he would think its g*y to have jewels on it.

well that depends on what kind, now if they are like pink or purple or yellow jewels or rainbow or something like that, then i think that is kinda fruity for a guy horse. jewels are kinda over the top though theres only a few color combos that might work for a guy. i think red white and blue would look good, or just silver ones or gold ones (not actual gold of course =P) but anything else might look real fruity for such a big guy horse.

go with counchos or turquoise or other western or indian look & it should carry without be too over the top in my opinion... However can they stand the wear?

but then again I have a MALE dog with indian pattern beads as a collar....
