I have a 16 month old daughter who i breastfeed still. how can i ween her?

i give her solid foods and everything..keep her occupied..but she still needs the breast when its time for a nap or bedtime. what can i do?

The bedtime or nap feeding is the last one that goes. Try to give her something to drink in a sippy cup before bedtime instead of breastfeeding.  Some women just start cutting down on the time they breastfeed until they completely quit. But I had to start working after 6 months of breastfeeding my baby and had to quit like in a week. So I went a little faster than this.  Like every other night and not very much time, plus gave her the sippy cup.
