  1. Yes, it will.  The more you stop and go, the more difference it will make.  

    But if you're planning on driving 160 miles through city traffic each day to work, you're crazy.


  2. Yeah, you should see a noticeable difference I would think.

  3. Yes, Hybrids do best in such conditions. They are not quite as efficient under high speeds. Using commuter rail or transit bus service is still more cost effective if it's available.
