I have a 1891 Dime, but its not a seated dime. Looks like the bust dimes after 1892. Where I can I find info?

You can't for there is no such circulating coin. Check the date again. There may have been  some pattern coins made but they are usually in different metals and of course would have no wear. When an item like this shows up a photo is worth a thousand words. You need to take it to a few coin dealers or send me a scan or photo of both sides.
