if its cloudy or ever has a "haze or dullness" to the water use some clarifier that should help it in a day or two get cleared up :)

I'm afraid clarifier alone isn't going to do it. It's not even needed.

Your issue is that the kids playing in there have used up the free available chlorine. There's nothing to fight off accumulated organics and it's the reason your pool has clouded. Check it, bet there's zero or next to nothing for a chlorine residual. To fix? Shock the pool and fill up your sanitizer feeder. Get the chlorine up to at least 3.0. That and proper filtration will clear it in a day.
