  1. carb kit from your local OMC parts dealer, or here's a couple on-line vendors I've used:  http://iboats.com or http://www.ishopmarine.com  you'll need one per carb, I don't know if that model is one or two carbs.  I been using Sierra brand kits with no problems.  The OEM kit at the dealer is way more expensive, but always includes the float.

the floats only need to be replaced if they're saturated, which they almost never are, unless it's the original cork floats.

there's a "special tool" for removing the jets, you can fabricate one with a screwdriver & dremel or belt sander, basically just needs to be a flat tab on the end instead of wedge-shaped like a normal screwdriver.  Don't try it with a regular screwdriver, if you mar the surface it'll s***w up your mixture.  better to just leave 'em in place.

There's 2 or 3 core plugs that can be drilled or punched out for better access to the passages -- the replacements in the kit are concave disks like metal contact lenses;  just set 'em in place and flatten with a hammer & punch or a socket will work.

Soak the metal parts overnight in something like B-12.

To set the float height, hold the carb body upside down, and adjust it by bending the float arm to where the float is parallel with the carb body.

Other than that, these are remarkably simple devices.
