I have a 1983 popeye

i have a 1983 popeye arcade machine. the circut board that controls the vert hold for the monitor has 4 k***s for vert., sound, horiz., and bright. thevert. hold k**b is busted off and the screen has just a thin red line that runs across it when the game is on. how can i fix this?
