  1. Start by pulling all 4 spark plugs and have someone crank the  motor as if you were trying to start it.   Take each plug one at a time and touch the side of its metal base to the block and look  at the spark plug tip to see if it is sparking.   If one is not sparking and another is, swap the plugs and wires and repeat the test.  If the problem moves to the one that was sparking before,  the plug or wire is bad - replace it.   If the problem stays with the same plug not sparking after switching the plug and wires,  The points for that plug are probably stuck .  Pull the flywheel and check that they are opening and closing properly or take to a shop and have them check it out.

  2. yup it's a chrysler! josh is on the right page, also check your plugs, may have what is called compression foul, easiest way is to just change them, no guessing that way,

may the force be with you! youll need it with that boat anchor!

  3. you will need to replace one of the power packs. these are the black boxes that are wired to the coils. before you spend all the $$$ on one you could unplug the red and white wires that run to the coils and cut the connecters off and soder them on directly. this help me last year. also you could put a volt meter on the red and white wires and kick ofer the motor. they all the wires should register some type of voltage.
