I have a 1987 Wellcraft with a 170 Mercruiser I/O. I'm trying to put an exhaust bellow. Any tips on getting it

I'm having trouble getting it on. It doesnt stretch very well. Please someone help me, any suggestions or how to's would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Guess they didn't tell you about the tool you need to install these.  Bellows expander tool is available from sierra marine, part # 19-9847.  It's almost impossible to install the bellows without this.  Trust me, i've done hundreds!
