I bought this truck pretty cheap, but of course it came with minor problems.

First, it has a little difficulty when starting it when the engine is cooled. After running it for a little for a little while, it will crank up easily. Could it possibly be the battery since the guy i bought it from had installed a larger battery?

The gas hand does not work, but all other gauges do work well.

Transmission had been rebuilt, it is a manual trans., but sometimes grinds while shifting gears when the engine is warm.

And the last, pulls slightly to the left, but i think that it just needs to be re-aligned.

Any suggestions will greatly help.

  1. the larger battery is better put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner into it and see if it starts better check the sending unit in the gas tank then move up to the guage make sure the Clutch is operating like it should and are the tires wearing evenly if not get the car aligned before the tires get worn down
