  1. Another symptom of white smoke and will not start is to much oil. Recheck your oil making sure it is the right amount.

    Good Luck

  2. It could be a timeing problem ( if you reciently hit something with it).Have you checked the shear pin? Have you pulled the plug to see if its covered with oil or gasoline?Have you checked to see if the coil kill wire has plenty of clearance? From what I see you haven't tested anything...Come back with more info on the history

  3. white smoke usually means water in your oil check your oil gasket seals make sure not cracked this will prevent engine from starting. also make sure oil is not milky when you check it.

  4. The float in the carb could be stuck. Gently tap the bowl of the carb. Othewise remove the bowl an manually check that the float is free.

  5. If  you put too much oil in the crankcase oil will get into the airfilter.  The crankcase vent line runs to the carburetor air box.  This will soak the airfilter with oil and cause it to smoke and start hard.  Drain the oil to the full mark on the dipstick, change the air filter and clean the excess oil out of the air box.

  6. clean out carb and clean muffler and change spark plug
