I have a 1997 Plymouth breeze 4cyl 2.0L Auto and was wondering if I can buy anything to make it faster?

I'm not talking about Nitrous and S**t like that, just simple bolt on S**t that won't cost me an arm and a leg. Like an air filter or something like that. I'm not really looking to spend more than $50 on S**t for my first car, for Christ's sake, its a Plymouth Breeze, I just want more throttle response and a little better acceleration so I can not be afraid on the highway haha. Thanks

Without spending a crapload, you will not see a noticeable improvement

BBK Headers and flowmasters.  K&N Cold induction air filter.  Should improve your gas mileage too.
