  1. 1HP is small for an AC, and ACs are usually rated in watts.

Assuming US, and a 15 amp circuit.

If it is 1HP, about 750 watts, and the TV is small-medium size, then you are probably OK.

But to be sure, look up the wattage (or VA) rating of the AC, and that of the TV, add them together.  If the total is less than 1500, then you can run them from the same outlet.

  2. From load point of view is fine, but you need to check from safety point of view and earthing system, for AC it is preferable to have 3 phase circuit and not single phase.

take care and have a safe , enjoyable watch

  3. Let 1 hp = 749 watts.

An average TV consumes under 300 watts

Therefore, the total power consumption is around 1.049kW which should be ok for a single circuit.

However, I doubt whether it's really a 1hp air conditioner as those devices usually consume around 2200 watts (circa 3hp). You didn't specify what kind of TV you have - some consume as low as 90 watts. Basically, if the circuit will run the air conditioner, the small increase in power consumption caused by the TV will be almost negligible so IMHO you should be OK.
