  1. This isn't really a meal, but kind of like a snack type thing i Love to make. my 3yr old loves it and so do i.

    Home made pasta salad

You need angel hair noodles, ranch dressing, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Boil the noodles, then run them under cold water, add the ranch ( i use a whole bottle) and mix in the cucumber and tomatoes. Cut up of course.

We also like Parmesan tomatoes, you cut up some tomatoes, pour on some Parmesan cheese on each slice of tomatoe, then add salt and pepper and if you like add some Italian dressing to each tomatoe. bake in oven until cheese bubbles. serve. sooo yummy.

  2. MMM... Dinner time is a tough one i think!!!! Trying to make food that the little one can eat ut also isnt boring for you!!

Just some things we have and a few other ideas!! My son is 14 months old so a little yonger and less experienced eater than your daughter..

I make slow cooked steak and mushroom pie, before i make the family pie i put some aside for my son and he has it with mashed potato. it is beautiful and he loves it so much!!

Lasagna. Vegetable or meat.. homemade of course!

    Shepards pie..

Pasta bake, with any veges and meats you desire..

My son loves baked dinners so much and its great because you can cut there potatoes, pumpkin carrot etc up small before you bake it so they can feed themselves no worries..

Always easy is meat and veg.. so fish for everyone for example but you can season flavour yours however you want without having to do your daughters the same..

Ministrone soup.. Lil boy loves this also!! its beautiful homemade and chunky enough to satisfy lil and big tummies.

Its hard giving other people ideas on what to have cos you could already eat all the things i just mentioned.. but something i have noticed, just because you think something wont appeal to a toddler doesnt mean that is so.. they often like things with a bit of spice or more 'grown up" taste!
