  1. Hi there... sometimes pet animals will develop pigmentation on their nose, paws, gums and lips.  It's similar to how we develop freckles.  

    As a general rule, if you are unsure it would be best to ring a veterinarian to discuss your concerns.  They would be able to determine if the change needs to be physically evaluated.
