P2096 IS POST CATALYST FUEL TRIM SYSTEM TOO LEAN. HAS HAD RT REAR OXY SENSOR REPLACED WITH FACTORY. NO VACUUM LEAKS. ANY IDEAS WHAT TO TEST NEXT?

If you haven't done so already buy (or borrow) a VW error code reader, it costs around $20, and you should be able to pin-point the source of the problem.
