  1. Cold air induction. High flow air intake, filter, and exhaust  would all free up more power. These things run fairly cheap, all together costing probably less than 1000-1500, depending on the quality and brand you buy.

       Another option is a performance chip from someone like Superchips, or I think Banks offers chips for gas vehicles, but I'm not sure. Performance chips usually cost less than $500, but I'm not sure for gas engines, because I hear about them more often for diesel engines, which free up lots of power through intake, exhaust and electronic parts.

       Probably the cheapest way is simply installing a K&N air filter and a more free-flowing exhaust. The K&N filter is a sure-fire way to get more power, the typical gains being somewhere around 10 horsepower over the stock/current air filter. They also offer air intakes for most vehicles, and it usually comes down to whether they have a decent reason to produce it for your vehicle, so they may not have one for your Interceptor, depending on what kind of engine it has and what production car it's based on.
