I have a 2001 dodge stratus and the headlights are foged up ?

i need a website that i can find some sporty carbon fiber ones off of or just the regular headlights . plz . thx

just get some real fine buffing compound and buff the oxidation off the lenses, then they will be clear just like new for a lot less money than new ones

Have you tried you local auto parts stores?  Try them first and if no luck there your local dealer may be able to help you although you may pay more at the dealer.  Good luck
