my frnd did same ending up in trouble...

BUT its better to try it n then go to repairer ( who knows if in ur pc it works)

Assuming your XP is fully patched, the chances are, no it will not s***w up your machine.

From what I saw on the web sites, there is a very good chance that it will not work. Most the emulators I saw were alphas or at best betas, and will have bugs galore. They may not s***w your machine up, but then, anything can happen. Make sure to back up your critical files
