I have a 2003 Mustang GT With the Mach 1000 Radio system. I want to hook my i pod up, is there a interface?

I want to hook the i pod up so I can use factory speakers, NOT Fm moduated. I want to keep factory radio

Have you tried pulling the radio out to see what kind of inputs are on it? It is -possible- that it will have an extra input or two for audio from a CD-changer or what-not. You could get adapter plugs from Radio Shack that would connect the two, then just keep the adapter/wire tucked away when not needed or do like my '07 GT has and wire it into the center console.
