I have a 2003 -Triumph Speed 4, 600cc anyway i can increase the mileage on the odometer?

My friend has a I have a 2003 -Triumph Speed 4, 600cc is there anyway i can increase the mileage on the odometer? (besides ride it) We are unable to register the motorcycle because minimum mileage to register it must be 7500 and all it has is 4500.

what your saying doesnt make sense, however, you can put a new odometer on it and show a reciept. actual milage would be lost.

The only solution that I can think of is to take it to a garage that has a "rolling road" and ask them if you can use it, maybe for a fee.

Buy a digital tacho that you can set the odo on, or get a second hand clock set. The Speed Four has digital speedo so there is no speedo cable to manipulate, nice choice of bike btw.
