pull the radio out and see if you have some loose wires (or the harness itself) on the back of the radio

as far as the CD not coming out you could disconnect your battery and connect it back (resetting the radio) and try to eject it again, if that does not work to motor inside is damaged- time to replace/upgrade

i dont think these problems are connected but they could be, in my opinion, the power wire sounds loose or a bad ground. try disconnecting the pos terminal to the batt and then replacing, some decks even have a reset button. otherwise, yank the cd out with tweezers and as far as the deck, look into an aftermarket player
