I am considering the memphis mclass 61/2 components or mb quart Rvf-216's. They both sound very loud and extremely clear. I was also considering two alpine amps a four channel, and a mono amp. Are there any other amp brands that are good and don't get hot anyone would recommend for the money, or maybe even a five channel? Also I have been looking at the kicker l5 solobaric subs, Jl Audio subs, and crunch. Any recommendations on these brands? And last but not least which type of box for the subs ported, sealed, or bandpass??

thanks

  1. Go with the mb quarts they have always been an excellent speaker. As for the amps, go with the PDX series Alpine amps(for the highs and subs) . They are a small footprint amp you can nearly hide these anywhere and also have great sound quality. The L5 is a hard pounding and good sounding sub, especially in a large ported box .
