I have a 2007 Toyota Camry SE. My windshield is cracking and i'm looking to replace it?

How much am I looking at for an original Toyota windshield and for an aftermarket one? What are the differences between an original and aftermarket?

Not sure of the cost, but you can get some junk yards to install them much cheaper than a glass replacement company.  Some install used ones, but some actually install new ones too.  It depends how much you want to spend.  Check your insurance first to see if you have glass coverage.

2 things, with the windshield....

check with your insurance company...9 times out of ten, it is covered 100% under your comprehenisve policy.

it your vehicle is  3 yrs/36,000 and it is a defect in the glass

a stress crack, it is covered under the factory warranty.

there is not much of a difference of glasses... but with a new vehicle, i would put in a factory glass... but check first with your insurance company...  you probably have coverage....
