I have a 27ft round pool. cant get the milky green out of it.New cartridge filter and alll chem are right?

You have many tiny particles in your water, that the filter may not take out. Assuming you use chlorine, shock it. (meaning put a lot in) and let the filter run for a few days. It will bleach the particles

in the pool and it will look milky white. Then buy a pool clarifier

like Pool-Floc and run through your skimmer. Turn off the pool pump and let the pool sit for at least 8 hours. The Floc will congeal around all the particles, and sink to the bottom. The water will clear, and you just vacuumthe Floc and junk from the bottom of the pool out. Don't vacuum using the filter mode, vacuum using the WASTE mode so all the FLoc and junk is taken out. You will have to top up the ware in the pool.
