I have a 3 laptop 2 of them connected to the wireless and the other one does not connect and thanks?

  3. For the laptop that has connectivity problems,

    in Device Manager

    first DISable the NIC >

    restart the laptop >

    ENable the NIC

    ^J^

  4. 1. What router or access point are they connecting to?

    2. Can the non-connecting laptop see the wireless network when you try to connect?

    3. Are you using DHCP of static IPs?

    4. Are you using WPA encryption? Some wireless adapters are not able to use this.

    5. Does the third laptop have wireless? Is it turned on? I know this might seem a silly question, but I have  more than once been to see a customer who told me his laptop would not connect to his wireless router to discover that on one occasion the laptop did not have a wireless adapter and in another case, wireless had not been switched on...
