  1. Are you breastfeeding?  If so, you may not get a period until you wean him.  (The average time for return of periods in a nursing mother is about  9 months.)

If you are not breastfeeding, you will probably get a period soon.  If you don't see anything in a couple of months, check with your doctor.

EDIT:  Return of menses varies widely from woman to woman, and from baby to baby. It is far MORE 'normal' to be not having periods at 3 months than to have gotten your first one within a few weeks of giving birht.

  2. Are you pregnant again? I ask because after my son was born, I got pregnant a month later..And now I have  a beautiful little girl but her birthday is april 7th and his birthday is May 15th.If you havent had any intercourse then I would go to a doctor.

  3. No sweat, I didn't get my period for four months after I had my first baby. It's coming, don't worry!

  4. are you breast feeding ,if you are then you got your answer if not then i sugest you call your MD

  5. If you are breastfeeding, your period may not return for awhile. I have a 2.5 month old and mine hasn't come back.
