I have a 30gb HDD JVC camcorder and i need to know if there is someone i can talk to about a problem im having

I mainly just need to know who i can talk to. But if some can help fix my problem that would be great! My problem is that i was at a concert and i ws video tapeing it. Then i went on my senior trip and i taped that too...now when i try to watch it it doesnt allow me to and it freezes and and tells me it cant playback and there is an HDD error! I tryed to upload the data to my computer and it says it cant. is it just on a weird function or have i really messed it up?? plz help me =(

Sounds like a faulty HDD.  Maybe bad sectors?!?!  I would talk to JVC customer service ASAP while it might still be under any kind of warranty.  Must good electronic companies will warranty their products up to a year for free.  Worth looking into first, they might just exchange it for you for free or shipping cost.  Some stores offer a warranty of up to 60 days to return the product if you are still in that time frame.  Check your receipt.
