I have a 32" sharp tube TV less than 2yrs old?

My picture has red, blue, and green vertical lines and the picture fickers. can you help me. Is it my TV or the cable. thank you for your help.

I'm pretty sure its your TV.  What the problem is though could be a lot of different things.  And unless you know about soldering, it will more than likely take a repairman to fix.  

My suggestion, change out the cables, unplug the tv plug back in, try to blow off any dust you can from the inside of the TV.  If that doesn't work have a repairman look at it, or buy a new one.  The cost could be same.
