I have a 35000btu kero

Question

I have a 35000btu kero type reddy heater and the flame will not light. When I used it last I had a lot of paint dust in the air and it just quit. ( I know the dust is not good for safety) I took the top cover off and the fan turns and the spark plug is trying to light, but there is no kerosene coming out for it to light. The photo eye looks clean.
