I have a 'Audioline' landline phone, the model is al 3000 and it's stuck on mute.?

I have tried everything and I can't get it off mute, how do i get it off mute? Please don't say look on google because I have and I don't know where the indtruction manual is. Thanks.

If the button for mute has stuck down, try some sticky stuff remover, however be care-full not to use too much. Apply with a cotton bud.

Audioline, do not make the worlds best products but are good value, and you may be better off in the long run looking for a newer handset.
