What are some ways to stop the pain?!?!

I tried Oragel (however you spell it) and it did nothing!

Like my lower mouth hurts really bad (where the tooth is).

Plus, its infected, so I have to take medicine (not to stop pain, but cure infection).

HOW DO I STOP THE PAINN?!?!?!?!?!?!

thanks :]

  1. Try Advil,or Tylenol if you are not allergic to either one.

  2. actually oragel is for gum pain, not teeth, it won't work if you put it in or on your tooth

    you take antibiotics right?

you could take painkiller along with the antibiotics, like panadol.. but if it doesnt work, you could take stronger painkiller like ponstan or ponstel, but you should take it after you eat.. it helps removing the pain =)

  3. Try chewing mint or a really minty/spicey food it always works to numb my mouth, or try oragel again or you could try tylonol. (I don't know how to spell it) and schedule the root canal AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
