  1. Ha! Sorry, but I love the question title. I suggest you drink a lot more water. It sounds like you have dried out a bit. It should be softer and easier if you drink more.

  2. I know how you feel, I took a laxitive to flush myself out and then started eating more apples and fruits and I was also a bit more "regular" which is good. See what the doc says, but eat healthier stuff and drink water!

    good luck

  3. what the heck buy diapers dumb ***

  4. Diet, eat less fruit and more bran stuff like porridge.

  5. Its called piles...i know it sounds disgusting but have a feel around your a**s and if you feel any bumps or lumps then thats wat it is. Go to the docs and they'll probs provide some medicaine to make your stools a bit softer or if that dont work go back and ask them to prescribe you laxatives.

  6. eat a lot more fruit and vegetables try also something like weetabix or shredded wheat for breakfast or even supper,it works through the night then

  7. drink more water

your pee should look like water when it comes out

    and eat some more fibre

  8. Drink plenty of water, you are constipated.

  9. stop eating c**p haha, no seriously eat better food.

  10. It could be your diet. If you eat loads of fruit, it'll help make it less sore.

But the doctor shall be able to help you much better than Yahooers.

  11. its called constiption. go to the store and buy a laxative and stool softener.

    Cheers!

  12. you could be Constipated.

you could be on the verge or already experiencing Hemrroids.

  13. Sounds as if you are constipated, but you may have a hemorrhoid that does not bleed or a fistula. Why don't you let your doctor check it out and see what it is? If you are just constipated you need to increase the fibre in your diet. Start with the "gold standard", bran, and add it to things you already like to eat.Bran buds taste good and you can add them to other cereal or to puddings or apple sauce. Soluble fibre as found in fruits also works but takes longer to produce the effect you want. Figs and prunes are excellent and taste sweet and delicious.

If you are a young guy you need 5 serving of fruit a day. I know that this adds expense to your school budget but it is worth it in the long run.

If you have been trying to pass hard, dry constipated stools for several days you may have produced a tear in the surface of the skin in your a**s. This is not going to heal unless you soften your stool. it helps to lubricate your anal canal with a tube of hemorrhoid ointment such as Preparation H 2 or 3 times a day.

You must relieve your anxiety by seeing the doctor. Not knowing the cause of the pain is the worst aspect of this . It is not an emergency but you should not take any chances.

  14. You definitely need more fiber in your diet.    Start each day with a bowl of oatmeal or bran cereal, eat more fruits and vegetables, and try to avoid fast foods and overprocessed foods.   These help in elimination, and soften the stool, making it much more comfortable.
