Question:

I have a 'stuffed up nose' each day. Is this allergies, or just a very long flu, or what?

Okay, so I am 11, and I have a 'stuffy nose' everyday, so I am always, like, sniffing it back in, if that makes sense. It gets on people nerves, and on mien too. I had this for around 4 months already. Does anyone have a solution to stop this?

It's almost school again, and I really don't want to have it hen, too. I don't think I have Asama, because I can breath fine, it's just that I feel stuffed up all the time! When I try to blow me nose, nothing come out.. My mom makes me up this liquid stuff that goes into my nose, but that really does not help. And I try a allergies pill, that doesn't help, either.

So if you have a answerer about this, pleas tell me! Thanks you! =)

  1. Hi!  I have had the same problem off and on for the last fifteen years (started when i was in high school).  After years of allergy testing, weekly shots, hundreds of pills and such, I finally found an allergist who ran food allergy tests.  I am allergic to corn ( which is in everything from ketchup to bread to candy and even lots of juices).  I would suggest having you mom make an appointment with an allergist who specializes in food allergies.  I was told that I had developed the allergy over time.  Hope that helps!  I also have put dust mite covers on my bedding and pillows and even purchased a hepa air filter but it wasn't until I stopped eating corn, corn syrup and corn starch that I was feeling better.
