I have a 4 pack but its barred in fat, how can i lose the extra fat?

  1. To lose the fat fast:a daily routine:go running 30 minutes or biking or jogging

    You use the longest muscles and they need a lot of energy to do this.

    Fat will dissolve very fast.

  3. Doing sit ups and crunches will just increase your 4 pack to a 6 pack but you still won't be able to see it because of your fat.. so do plenty of cardio! Like jumping jacks, bicycling, swimming, or skipping. It deff. worked for me! (:

  4. Use stomach exercises, such as crunches and sit-ups.

  5. Hahaha, the only way is to do cardio exercise to remove that fat. Also increasing your protein intake and reducing your carbs.

    I suggest swimming because It involves a lot of muscles and a lot of the abs. If not just run.
