My job does not contribute until I've been at my job for two years. Ii'm still contributing 10% a 401 B (till I'm eligible), but should I roll over my 401 K into my 401 B?

  1. You could keep the 401k where it it but I would suggest a rollerover to an IRA rather than to the 403b. An IRA rollover  allows you to invest in whatever stocks, bonds, etc you chose without tax penalty. If you rollover to a 403b you would have far fewer investment options.
