I have a 420 horse 410 torque 350 in a 88 vette 388 gears how much of a diff will a hp 700r make ap to stock?

Is this compared to a stock 700R or a Turbo 350- 400?  If you are talking about moving from one of the latter two, not only will your mileage improve with the taller 4th gear, but you will come out of the hole faster as the 700 also has lower first and second gears.
