I have a 46 inch lcd hdtv made by rca and I can not get it to connect with anything. I need help?

All I know is my son was watching tv and it shut off on him. Then he turned it back on and now it says unusable signal and I can't receive cable or nothing.

  1. I do not think it was a serious problem.



    First check whether the TV works with a DVD or not. If yes, then may be the cable have some problems. Check with cable box, modem, connections etc. or check with your neighbors if they have the same problem or not.

    If the TV can not display DVD video as it usually does,  try to shut down the TV completely and up-plug the power cord for a while. Then start it again.  

    If the TV is covered by store or manufacturer's warranty, call the service department (find a close one in manufacturer webpage) for help.
